1. Overview
This Purchase and Refund Policy applies to all roofing contractors (“you” or “Contractor”) who purchase directory listings, advertising, or other services on RepairedRoofs.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing any service from RepairedRoofs.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
2. What You’re Purchasing
When you purchase a listing or advertising service from RepairedRoofs.com, you are paying for:
2.1 Directory Listing
- Display of your business information in our searchable directory
- Profile page with your business details, contact information, and service areas
- Placement in search results based on your service area and listing type
2.2 Premium/Featured Listings (if applicable)
- Enhanced placement in search results
- Priority positioning in specific ZIP codes (subject to our 3-per-ZIP-code limit)
- Additional profile features (photos, extended descriptions, etc.)
- Increased visibility to potential customers
2.3 Advertising Services (if applicable)
- Banner ad placements
- Featured positioning on relevant pages
- Promotional opportunities
2.4 Service Period
- Listings are sold for specific time periods (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually)
- Service begins upon payment confirmation
- Service continues through the end of the purchased period unless terminated
3. What You Are NOT Purchasing
IMPORTANT: Your purchase does NOT include and we do NOT guarantee:
3.1 No Customer Guarantees
- ❌ A specific number of customer inquiries or quote requests
- ❌ A minimum number of leads or contacts
- ❌ Any leads or customer contacts whatsoever
- ❌ Quality of leads received
- ❌ Conversion of leads to paying customers
3.2 No Performance Guarantees
- ❌ Specific search result rankings (rankings may fluctuate)
- ❌ Traffic to your listing page
- ❌ Phone calls or form submissions
- ❌ Revenue or profit from customers found through our Site
- ❌ Exclusive territory rights
3.3 No Service Guarantees
- ❌ Uninterrupted availability of the Site
- ❌ Error-free operation
- ❌ Specific features or functionality (we may add, modify, or remove features)
- ❌ Protection from competition (other contractors may also list in your service areas)
3.4 What We Do Provide
✓ Display of your listing according to the purchased service level ✓ Inclusion in our directory for the purchased time period ✓ Basic technical support for listing management ✓ Reasonable efforts to maintain Site functionality
Your listing placement and any results are provided “as is” with no warranties or guarantees of any kind.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards
- ACH/Bank transfer (for annual plans)
- Other payment methods as approved
4.2 Billing Cycles
You will be billed:
- Monthly Plans: Every 30 days from purchase date
- Quarterly Plans: Every 90 days from purchase date
- Semi-Annual Plans: Every 180 days from purchase date
- Annual Plans: Every 365 days from purchase date
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period:
- Your subscription will automatically renew
- You will be charged at the then-current rate
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
4.4 Failed Payments
If your payment fails:
- We will attempt to re-charge your payment method
- We will notify you by email
- Your listing may be suspended or downgraded after 7 days
- Your listing may be removed after 14 days of non-payment
4.5 Price Changes
- We may change our pricing at any time
- Price changes apply to new purchases and renewals
- We will provide 30 days’ notice before charging you a new rate
- Existing subscriptions continue at the original rate until renewal
5. Refund Policy
5.1 No Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- ❌ Lack of customer inquiries or leads
- ❌ Poor quality of leads received
- ❌ Changes in your business circumstances
- ❌ Seasonal business fluctuations
- ❌ Dissatisfaction with service
- ❌ Deciding you don’t want the listing anymore
- ❌ Finding customers through other means
- ❌ Economic conditions or market changes
- ❌ Competition from other contractors
- ❌ Change of mind for any reason
- ❌ Duplicate purchases (your responsibility to verify before purchasing)
5.2 Technical Issues – Limited Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits ONLY for:
A. Our Technical Failures:
- Our failure to display your listing due to technical errors on our end
- Our systems being completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days
- Our failure to provide the core listing service you purchased
B. Billing Errors:
- We charged you an incorrect amount (you’ll be refunded the difference)
- We charged your payment method in error
- Duplicate charges for the same service
To request a refund for technical issues:
- Contact us at contact@repairedroofs.com within 7 days of the issue
- Provide detailed description and documentation
- We will investigate and respond within 10 business days
- Our decision is final
5.3 What Does NOT Qualify for Refunds
The following are NOT valid reasons for refunds:
- “I didn’t get any leads” or “I didn’t get enough leads”
- “The leads were bad quality” or “They didn’t hire me”
- “I’m not available to take on new work right now”
- “Business is slow” or “It’s my off-season”
- “I found customers another way”
- “This isn’t working for me”
- “I didn’t read the policy”
- “I thought I would get more inquiries”
- “Other contractors are listed in my area”
- “I can’t afford it anymore”
We are not responsible for external factors affecting your business.
5.4 Partial Refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds if you:
- Cancel mid-billing cycle
- Close your business
- Lose your license
- No longer want the service
You will retain access through the end of your paid period.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 How to Cancel
To cancel your listing:
- Email contact@repairedroofs.com with “Cancellation Request” in the subject line
- Include your business name and account email
- Or use our contact form at https://repairedroofs.com/contact-us/
6.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect
- Cancellations must be received at least 3 business days before your next billing date
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period
- You will not be charged for subsequent periods
- You retain access until the end of your paid period
Example: If you’re on a monthly plan that renews on the 15th and you cancel on the 10th, you keep your listing until the 15th and will not be charged again.
6.3 Late Cancellations
If you cancel after your renewal has been charged:
- The charge will not be refunded
- You will have access for the newly-paid period
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of that period
6.4 Immediate Removal
If you need your listing removed immediately:
- We can remove your listing before the period ends
- You will not receive a refund for the unused portion
- This is permanent and cannot be reversed
7. Service Suspensions and Terminations
7.1 We May Suspend or Terminate Your Listing
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your listing without refund for:
Violations:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Providing false or misleading information
- Harassment of customers or Site users
- Fake reviews or ratings
- Fraudulent activity
Business Issues:
- Loss of required licenses or insurance
- Excessive customer complaints
- Poor customer ratings or reviews
- Legal or regulatory violations
Payment Issues:
- Non-payment of fees
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- Fraudulent payment methods
At Our Discretion:
- Any other reason we deem appropriate
- Without explanation or notice
No refunds will be issued for suspended or terminated listings.
7.2 Your Right to Dispute
If we suspend or terminate your listing, you may:
- Contact us to request an explanation
- Provide evidence or documentation
- Request reinstatement
We will review disputes in good faith but our decision is final.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
8.1 Chargeback Policy
If you dispute a charge with your credit card company or bank:
- Your listing will be immediately suspended
- We will provide documentation to your financial institution
- If the chargeback is decided in our favor, you will owe the original amount plus a $50 administrative fee
- Your account may be permanently banned

- We will work with you to resolve billing issues
- Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably
Chargebacks should be a last resort and may result in permanent account termination.
9. Taxes
9.1 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including:
- Sales tax
- Use tax
- VAT (if applicable)
- Any other tax or fee imposed by your jurisdiction
9.2 Tax Calculations
- We may charge tax based on your business location
- Tax rates may change
- Tax is added to the listed price
10. Your Representations and Warranties
By purchasing a listing, you represent and warrant that:

✓ Your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds

✓ You have read and agree to our Terms of Service
✓ You understand there are no guarantees of leads or customers
✓ You understand all sales are final
✓ You maintain required licenses and insurance
✓ You will provide accurate business information
11. Modifications to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time:
- Changes take effect immediately upon posting
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance
- We will update the “Last Updated” date
- Material changes may be communicated by email

BY PURCHASING A LISTING OR SERVICE FROM REPAIREDROOFS.COM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

✓ You understand there are NO GUARANTEES of leads, inquiries, or customers
✓ You understand all sales are final

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT PURCHASE.
Summary: You pay for a listing. You get a listing for the time period purchased. No refunds. No guarantees. Period.
