We do not provide roofing services.
We do not employ contractors.
We are not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor.

All work, pricing, scheduling, and contracts are solely between you and the contractor.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Directory Listings and Paid Placement

Some contractors may pay a one-time fee to receive enhanced placement, visibility, or routing for specific ZIP codes.

These payments are for advertising and placement within the directory. They do not guarantee:

  • Any number of leads
  • Any specific customer
  • Any amount of work
  • Any outcome

We do not sell individual leads.

5. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Misrepresent yourself or your business
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to interfere with Site operations
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest data
  • Use the Site to compete with or duplicate our services

6. Requests and Contact Forms

When you submit a form on the Site, your information may be shared with one or more roofing professionals so they can contact you.

We do not control:

  • Whether a contractor responds
  • The accuracy of their quotes
  • Their availability
  • The quality of their work

You are under no obligation to hire any contractor.

7. Reviews and User Content

Users may submit reviews or other content. You are responsible for anything you submit.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, but we do not guarantee that all content is accurate or verified.

8. Tools, Calculators, and Content

All tools, calculators, and content on the Site are provided for informational purposes only. They are estimates and general information and should not be relied upon as professional or technical advice.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content and technology belong to RepairedRoofs.com or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our materials without permission.

By submitting content to the Site, you grant us permission to display and use it in connection with the directory.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RepairedRoofs.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses arising from contractor services, disputes, or use of the Site.

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RepairedRoofs.com from any claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Site
  • Your interactions with contractors
  • Work performed by contractors you hire
  • Content you submit

13. Arbitration and Governing Law

Any dispute arising from your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be individual only—no class actions.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first using the Site by emailing contact@repairedroofs.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for any reason. Contractors may lose listings for non-payment or misuse of the platform.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
